The show was amazing as were the dresses. Henry and Michelle outdid themselves once again.  Michelle and Henry are two of the warmest, most genuine people in the wedding business. We love the talented and divine designers Michelle Roth and Henry Roth.  The 2011 Spring Collections are special, sophisticated and stunning!  Here is some video from the pre-show behind the scenes. Henry and Michelle decided to get the models ready out front where everyone could watch the fabulous hair and makeup styling . The Roth Runway experience is always unique, fresh and exciting reflecting tomorrow’s bride today.  This was recorded live at Kleinfeld Bridal in NYC.

One of our favorite stops during Bridal Market is seeing the new introductions from David’s Bridal.  David’s Bridal always finds a way to combine fashion and style at an affordable price point.  No longer does a bride have to break the bank to look beautiful on their wedding day.  Gowns range from sexy slim styles to dramatic and voluminous ballgowns plus a two-in-one bridal gown that goes from long to short with ease.  You will see bubble hems, dropped waists, ruffles, flowers and lace.  Bridal party styles complement the bride in beautiful fabrics.  Playful prints and color are key this season.  The newest hues are a muted lavender Iris, blue Malibu, Key Lime green and vibrant Sunbeam yellow.  You can find great dresses and accessories for all personalities, body types and budgets.

We started Bridal Market with a breakfast showing of Eugenia Couture introducing Heaven and Lace: ethereal., entrancing, exquisite.  The collection was shown on the 36th floor of the beautiful Mandarin Oriental Hotel at Columbus Circle.  We were live streaming as well as recording for this release.  Check out the video and photos from this beautiful collection.  Eugenia strives to make each gown a masterful work of art.

The New Jersey branch of the Association of Bridal Consultants (NJ-ABC) is comprised of members who are wedding consultants and vendors.  Members from all aspects of the wedding industry have come together to create a beautiful and memorable wedding for a bride who is Meet the Mastersfighting breast cancer.  Many wedding professionals graciously donated their time and services to make Tina and Paul’s wedding unforgettable.  This is the first of what is expected to be an annual NJ-ABC “give back” event for deserving couples.

Robert Allen is joined by Rhonda Bassat-Rivera, media chair of the NJ-ABC, Candice Benson, State Coordinator NJ-ABC, celebrant Julie Laudicina and photographers Tim Camuso and Glenn Maida to discuss the reasons they participated, their vision,  approach, and how it made them feel to make a couple’s wedding dream come true.  Candice said, “The NJ wedding community is excited to give back and help create wonderful memories for Tim and Paul and their families to cherish forever.”  More than $30,000 worth of goods, services and talent were contributed to make this wedding a reality.
